The table below contains my current pricing scale.The base price is the total price you will pay for that commission type without any add-ons.The deposit is the amount that will be due upon written confirmation that I have accepted your commission.The remaining amount is what you will pay after we have confirmed that your commission is complete.Add-ons are additional features you can add onto a base.Please note:
- Add-ons are only applicable to OC art. Doodles, Emotes, Pet Portraits, and Socials Icons automatically include color unless you request otherwise.
-Sketch Color only applies to the OC Sketch types.
-All OC Sketch/Line art includes a solid or gradient background. Detailed background would include a setting such as a tavern, forest, etc.The Max with All Add-Ons table is an example of the maximum price for each type. The sketch examples include color. The line art examples include flat colors and shading, colored line art, and a detailed background.If you are unsure of how much your request would cost, please contact me and I would be happy to provide the amount!

Last Updated: May 22, 2026Boundaries! They’re important;Thank you so much for reaching out and ordering a project! I appreciate your trust very much!Please read this thoroughly. Failure to abide by the ToS can result in refusal of service.
As with many places, such as a restaurant or a grocery store; there’s an etiquette we all must follow!As of right now, I work full time during the week, and take classes in the evenings. My art time is primarily on the weekends.Due to this, completion time is ESTIMATED at 8 weeks from confirmation of project acceptance for larger projects, and 4 weeks for smaller projects (Icons, emotes, doodles, pet portraits). If more time is needed, I will communicate with you!Under no circumstances can you rush-order a project. My weekends are my free time and I will use them as needed for my mental health. Usually that’s art! But sometimes it’s seeing people I care about.I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, at any point in time.All forms of work [sketch, lines, other examples], for my safety and security, will have a heavy watermark overlay until full payment has been received.You may NOT claim any work that I have done as your own creation of work.Upon completion, you will receive a copyright form/receipt that states ownership of projects.I currently accept payment through PayPal. No other forms will be accepted at this time.DepositsDeposits are required to place an order, which gets deducted from the final price. They are required for the security of both the Artist (Java) and the Client (You).Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, regardless of how much we agreed upon. By submitting a deposit, you agree to this.Deposits are set amounts based on the commission type you order, see the table in Pricing for reference.Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel at any point in time, but the following will apply;If you think you need to cancel BEFORE the sketch has been revealed, this is preferable.If you think you need to cancel AFTER the sketch has been revealed, you will not receive any form of art from then on without pay. We can discuss a price to receive the current state of the project based on how much time I’ve already spent on the piece, but you may never at any point in time take my sketch to another artist. This is just basic common courtesy.So long as the sketch phase has NOT started yet, you will receive a full refund on whatever has been paid after deposit (deposits are non-refundable and go towards the time spent on research and sketch phase, it’s the amount paid to get started).Deposits are explicitly non-refundable, under any circumstances.Completed projects may NOT be refunded under any circumstances.Marketing ProjectsI do not currently create art for marketing projects, so if you intend to make money off of my art, I may not be the right artist for you! Doing so will result in an official cease and desist! This includes, but is not limited to, business cards, banners, websites, stickers, shirts, etc. The exceptions are projects for non-profits or fundraisers, or guest art! I will happily make art for your title card of your podcast, video, etc, with proper credit!You may NOT claim any work that I have done as your own.You do not need to use the watermarked version in your guest work. However, for things like easily accessible and downloadable icons, it is highly recommended to use the watermarked version to avoid future art theft. Once the project is in your hands, it is up to you to handle the art theft.Other NotesThese Terms of Service are here to protect both of us, as I promise to uphold the same respect for you and your project.The single most important thing is communication. I promise to communicate with you every change made and I promise to offer you professional input if something you want conflicts with the rule of composition! In writing this, I promise to always communicate with you, and I expect the same respect from you in return!Theft of any examples for any reason before pay, unless given explicit written permission, will be subject to legal action without hesitation or notice.
